Qualifications

• Competent in keyboard and IT skills, using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
• Experience of working within the care sector.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience of using SystmOne/NHS Smartcards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in moving and handling vulnerable patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
• Adhere to infection prevention policies and procedures.
• Support the emotional needs of patients and families.
