The role involves supporting the home to increase occupancy through sales and marketing activities, including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home, and networking with the local community. Main duties of the job

The Home Services Advisor will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets, engaging with potential residents and their families, generating leads, and maintaining a contacts database. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
  • Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
  • Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance

NEED TO DO:

  • Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner
  • Responsible for all sales activity for the home
  • Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home
  • Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements
  • Respond to sales enquiries
  • Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities
  • Maintain a contacts database

NEED TO HAVE:

  • Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential
  • Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
  • Be self-motivated and target driven
  • Have interpersonal and professional qualities
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
  • Full UK driving licence
