An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to lead a medium/large-sized Residential and Dementia care home in North Warwickshire. This role has become available as the current Home Manager steps down to a Deputy position.

The Home

This is a medium/large, modern home has recently undergone a large extension and refurbishment. It offers beautifully furnished bedrooms with en-suite facilities, a dedicated dementia care area, and excellent facilities to support residents' independence. The home benefits from a committed staff team, supportive senior management, and the autonomy for the Home Manager to lead with pride.

The Role

The incoming Home Manager will play a pivotal role in:

• Driving forward standards and embedding best practice
• Ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centred care, stabilising operations and building a positive, high performing culture

We are looking for an experienced and inspirational leader who can demonstrate:

• Proven experience as a Home Manager within a Residential/Dementia care setting
• A strong track record of achieving Good - Outstanding CQC outcomes
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills to motivate and support staff
• Experience managing care standards, staffing, budgets, compliance, and occupancy
• A confident, positive, and approachable personality with strong communication skills
• The drive and vision to create a culture of excellence and leave a lasting legacy

The home is based in North Warwickshire, easily commutable from surrounding areas including Long Eaton, Borrowash, Beeston, Ruddington, Eastwood, Belper, Cotgrave, Melbourne, Orston, Newark, Grantham, and Sleaford.
