Job summary

A local care organization in Wolverhampton is seeking a Nursing Home Manager to lead their 84-bedded service. You will ensure high standards of care and efficient operations while managing a supported team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Home Manager and CQC knowledge. This position offers a competitive salary of £65k per annum plus bonuses and various benefits including holiday entitlement and pension scheme.

We have recently been tasked with helping a local organisation find a new Home Manager for their 84 bedded service. As Care Home Manager, you will draw upon your leadership skills and extensive knowledge as you will be responsible for the running of all aspects of the home. You will ensure it maintains the highest standards of care whilst running it as efficiently as possible. Also managing the commercial success of the home.

There will be support from the Directors and Regional Managers with a well-staffed team in place ready to be led!
