Your role will involve managing staff, ensuring person-centered care, and fostering a caring environment. A valid RGN qualification and a Level 5 in Leadership & Management are required. This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary of £77,250 annually along with generous benefits including a 10% bonus and paid holidays.

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RGN with an active NMC Pin and hold a Level 5 in Leadership & Management or RMA
