Varang Recruitment are looking to recruit a Nursing Home Manager for one of our established nursing homes client based in Swansea, SA5. We are looking for a strong, passionate, and experienced Nursing Home Manager with a valid NMC PIN who has a background in elderly/dementia/mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day to day management of the 22-bed service.
• Management and supervision of a great staff team.
• Financial management of the service.
• Business management and fulfilling the organization\'s statutory obligations.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC PIN.
• Good understanding of clinical care requirements.
• Home management experience.
• Good understanding of CIW.
• Background in elderly/dementia/mental health care.
