This role exists to support and develop our Home Claims Technical Consultants and wider claims teams across the UK. You’ll be part of the Home Technical Team (within Major & Complex Claims (MCC)), helping to resolve complex home insurance claims and improve technical capability. You’ll coach others, write best practice guidance, and lead technical improvements that enhance customer outcomes and cost performance. Your work will directly influence how we deliver excellence in home claims.
