Our Client is an award-winning UK label manufacturer, offering bespoke, premium self‑adhesive label solutions—from design through to production—with capabilities in digital, conventional, and embellished printing. Serving an extensive and diverse client base across key sectors such as beverages, food, personal care, household products, decorative coatings, and beauty.

Seeking an ambitious, home‑based UK Sales Representative to manage an existing portfolio of customer accounts—which largely operate autonomously—and to drive new business development into high‑potential markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a packaging‑related background (e.g., sports nutrition, vitamins, beauty, health & wellness, personal care) looking to expand into premium label sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Take ownership of transferred existing accounts and nurture these relationships, ensuring smooth ongoing service.
  • New Business Development: Proactively target and engage medium‑spend clients (approx. £100K‑£300K per annum) in sectors such as sports nutrition, vitamins, beauty, health & wellness, and personal care.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop opportunities within adjacent packaging markets to maximise growth.
  • Collaborate with Production & Pre‑Press: Work closely with internal teams—customer service, studio/pre‑press, digital and conventional print production, and embellishments—to deliver tailored label solutions.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Build and execute targeted sales plans, including pitching label designs, finishes, and value‑added enhancements (e.g., metallic, soft touch, embossing, pouches).
  • Account Development: Upsell sustainable and innovative label options (e.g., eco‑friendly, peel‑away, zero‑to‑landfill, digital embellishments).
Core Markets & Ideal Background
  • Experienced in selling packaging products into sectors like sports nutrition, vitamins / supplements, beauty, personal care, health & wellness, food & beverages, and household categories.
  • Comfortable with medium‑spend clients (annual spend between £100K‑£300K) and capable of growing these accounts.
