Qualifications

• Hands-on experience of working on IP, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS based networks.
• Good understanding of Carrier Ethernet MEF2.0 & MEF3.0 concepts.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer network infrastructures for performance and reliability.
• Manage incidents and change requests using the ticketing system.
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network issues.
