Sunnybank House is a luxurious residential and dementia 60 bedded care home located in Eastleigh. We are looking for an ambitious, dedicated and compassionate sales person to join the team at Sunnybank House. You will ensure the effective daily operation of Sales and Marketing whilst meeting and exceeding budget targets and filling the home with the agreed client base and maximising revenue. The HAA will demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism and customer service at all times whilst promoting the values and vision of the Cinnamon Care Collection. Our HAA's are expected to promote the homes at all times and to carry out external business development, establishing community and professional links.
This role involves working very closely with the General Manager. You will need to be decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable. Confident and enthusiastic with a desire to excel in all areas. You will need to possess the ability to prioritise your workload and be able to work under pressure. The ability to communicate and manage interpersonal relationships, including influencing skills is essential.
