A global fashion retailer in Bath is seeking a Key Lead to enhance the in-store experience for customers. This part-time role requires a focus on customer service, team leadership, and effective store operations management. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring high-quality service, and driving daily sales performance. A High School diploma and some retail experience are preferred. The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 16 hours per week.
Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
In addition during peak timeframes hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
