As a HLTA, you will:

* Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to provide exceptional support to students across the school.

* Assist in delivering high-quality lessons.

* Work closely with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

* Support students for whom English may be an additional language.

* Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a love for learning among students.

* Cover lessons while teachers are on PPA time.

The ideal candidate for the HLTA position should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

* Experience of supporting learning across Key Stage 3 and 4

* A relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

* Passion for Education

* Excellent communication skills

* Team Player

* Flexibility: Willingness to embrace all aspects of school life and actively contribute to extracurricular activities and school events

* A 'can-do' approach, positive outlook
