Duties
  • Deliver planned lessons to whole classes in the absence of the teacher.
  • Provide targeted support for individuals and small groups to raise attainment.
  • Assist teachers with planning, preparation, and assessment.
  • Support pupils with a range of abilities, including those with additional needs.
  • Contribute to behaviour management, creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support curriculum delivery.
Ideal HLTA / Qualifications
  • HLTA status or equivalent experience.
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills as an HLTA.
  • Ability to deliver engaging lessons and learning activities.
