Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Location: Sefton, Merseyside

Are you an experienced and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a passionate HLTA to join a fantastic school in the Bootle area.

As a HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting student learning, covering classes for teachers, and assisting with planning and preparation. You will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young people, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working with individuals and small groups to provide targeted support.
  • Assisting teachers with classroom management, resources, and pupil behaviour.
  • Contributing to the wider school community.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • HLTA status or a recognised equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience working within a school environment.

  • Legal RTW in the UK and willing to work long-term full-time for 5 days a week.
