  • Prepare quotations, pro forma invoices, hire contracts and any other necessary correspondence.
  • Handle and record customer enquiries and source new business.
  • Follow up quotations and enquiries.
  • Follow up deposit payments and ensure funds are received prior to delivery of equipment.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records.

Role Overview: Hire Controller

We are seeking a full time Hire Controller who will support the team in all aspects of the day to day running of a busy event hire depot. They will always demonstrate excellent customer service and ensure administration processes are both accurate and timely.

We would be happy to hear from individuals who have Hire Controller experience or people with a solid administrative and customer service background to start as an Assistant Hire Controller.
