We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking individual to join Hampshire Highways’ busy central Operation Centre.
An exciting opportunity has become available in our busy Highways Operation Centre. You will be a key team player, processing a high volume of diverse enquiries from our customers. The range of enquiries will often require investigation and problem solving to ensure effective responses and excellent customer service are provided.
In our Highways Operation Centre (HOC), we are striving to deliver a service that is efficient and cost effective, whilst meeting the needs of Hampshire’s residents and our partners. We are always seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and looking to add value to the overall picture.
You will play a vital role in the delivery of our core complaints services and processes. A confident communicator and a dynamic problem solver, you’ll have a good eye for detail, excellent written communications skills and be comfortable working with IT systems. Above all, you’ll be self-motivated, flexible and share our commitment to a culture of continuous improvement.
