Qualifications

• Essential to have a driving licence for travel between sites.
• Experience in a Contracts Manager role or as a Site Manager looking for more responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage projects from conception to construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from conception, design, planning and construction.
• Organise and chair regular meetings related to the projects.
• Prepare construction programmes and produce progress reports.

Demonstratable knowledge of NEC4 contracts

Operational and commercial experience

Education

Degree qualified (industry relevant degree) or equivalent
