Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in highways maintenance and emergency response.
• Possession of relevant NRSWA or SSSTS/SMSTS qualifications.
• Proficient in IT and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess and respond to public enquiries including emergency situations.
• Conduct site visits and inspections based on public reports.
• Identify and control risks and hazards during inspections.
• Attend and assess emergency incidents as first contact.
• Participate in out-of-hours or winter service operations.
