Job Title: HLTA - Behaviour | Area: Lewisham, Southeast London | Start Date: September 2025 | Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time Only | Salary: 30,000 - 32,000 per annum | Working hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

About the school

This high-performing Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) supports students aged 11-19 facing challenges in mainstream settings due to behavioural, emotional, or social difficulties. With two campuses, the school delivers a curriculum combining academic and vocational learning. Students benefit from a nurturing environment prioritising personal development and progression.

About the role

HLTA will oversee the daily management of behaviour support spaces, providing structured, responsive interventions for students who require specialist or escalated support. You will work closely with pastoral, SEN, and teaching teams to deliver targeted strategies that support positive student outcomes and engagement. This is a key role within the school\'s safeguarding and wellbeing framework.
