Job description

What skills and experience we're looking for

• Educated to Degree Level.
• Either a Level 7 Certificate in Psychometric Testing, Assessment & Access Arrangements (CCPT3A) or commitment to undertaking this qualification (this would be fully funded if required).
• Evidence of experience and/or qualities that would suggest suitability for working with and supporting the needs of post-16 students.
• A commitment to future training and development.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and able to work on own initiative.
