Pay Rate: £98.94 - £114.84 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate

GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a dynamic school in Brigg, where you will play a key role in supporting learning, leading lessons, and helping to drive positive outcomes for pupils.

Responsibilities as HLTA
  • Deliver engaging learning activities planned in collaboration with teaching staff.
  • Lead and supervise whole-class sessions when required.
  • Offer targeted support to individuals and small groups, including pupils with SEN.
  • Assist in monitoring progress and provide feedback to teachers.
  • Work closely with colleagues and play an active role in the school community.
Requirements for the HLTA role
  • HLTA status or relevant experience supporting teaching and learning at a higher level is desirable.
  • EYFS – KS2 experience required.
  • ECTs welcome to apply.
  • Strong behaviour management and lesson delivery skills.
  • Ability to support a broad range of curriculum areas.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
  • A full CV covering the last 10 years, with all gaps explained.
