Salary: £95 – £115 per day (PAYE)

Do you love supporting young people and making lessons come alive? We’re looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming secondary school in Birmingham. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking initiative, delivering small group and whole-class support, and working closely with teachers to raise achievement.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading small group interventions and occasionally covering whole classes
  • Supporting teaching and learning across KS3–KS4, with opportunities to focus on your specialist subject
  • Helping plan and deliver engaging resources to boost student progress
  • Providing 1:1 support for pupils who need extra help
  • Working with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to create the best outcomes for every student
