Job Description:

This is a temporary position for 3 months, with the potential for permanent employment following an interview process.

The role involves answering and managing phone calls from the public, service users, and other agencies. Responsibilities include supporting the PPN process, updating databases (Carefirst), emailing, placing orders for goods/services via SAP, taking minutes, and other general office duties. Cover may also be required in other teams such as MHSOP at Llandough Hospital and for the Management Team in County Hall. The position is on-site only, with working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on Friday.
