About the Role

As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning across the school. You will work closely with class teachers, deliver planned lessons, and provide targeted support to individuals and groups. This role offers flexibility, with opportunities for day-to-day cover, short-term placements, or longer-term contracts depending on your availability and career goals.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the class teacher
  • Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
  • Provide tailored support to groups and individual pupils
  • Work collaboratively with staff to maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment
  • Help foster a love of learning through curiosity, exploration, and creative thinking
