• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment (in-house or agency).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational ability to handle competing priorities.
• Headhunting experience with the ability to influence and engage candidates.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ResourceLink or TalentSoft would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for your region.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to engage candidates.
• Coach and advise managers on best practices and interview techniques.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment legislation and maintain accurate ATS records.
