Qualifications

• Proven experience and knowledge of repairing and maintaining vehicles.
• Inspection training/IRTEC accreditation is an advantage but can be provided.
• Hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge is an advantage but training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service, maintenance, and repair of all types of vehicles and equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify all types of faults.
• Prepare and carry out MOT.
• Ensure Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to.

Skills

Experience in repairing and maintaining vehicles

HGV licence class 1 or class 2

Inspection training/IRTEC accreditation

Hydraulics and pneumatics
