Overview

HGV Technician. Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex. Salary: up to £44,075 basic salary. Hours: 40 hours.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HGV Technician to join our client’s workshop in Haywards Heath. The successful candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain various vehicles, including trucks and vans. This position requires a strong understanding of automotive systems and the ability to use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex problems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

HGV Technician responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
