Job summary

A leading driver recruitment agency in Cricklade is seeking HGV Class 2 drivers for day or night shift duties. Ideal candidates should possess a positive attitude and be capable of working in a team. Training is provided for those with limited drainage experience. This role offers £17–£18 per hour depending on shifts and has opportunities for additional work on days off.

Qualifications

• Professional HGV drivers with a 'can do' attitude.
• Drainage experience preferred but not essential.
• Newly qualified HGV 2 drivers welcome, with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain wet wells and manage emergency flood situations.
• Empty and legally dispose of septic tank waste.
• Be available for 12-hour shifts and commit to longer duties during emergencies.

Shifts and Responsibilities

• Drivers are expected to be available for a 12 hour shift but should be prepared under emergency conditions to commit to longer duty

Driver qualifications and experience

We are looking for professional HGV drivers with a positive can do attitude, who can work as part of a team or equally well alone. Drainage Experience would be preferred but is not essential as training will be provided. We can take newly qualified HGV 2 drivers as all candidates will receive full paid training.
