A leading health services provider in Salford is seeking a Healthline Nurse Advisor to provide remote nursing support to customers. This role involves delivering clinical advice and ensuring compliance with nursing standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Bupa Anytime Healthline is a 24-hour, 365-day inbound nurse helpline to manage calls from Bupa customers. Providing clinical advice, information and symptom assessments to identify home treatments required, the need to seek care today or emergency care. As a Healthline Nurse Advisor you will be responsible for providing remote, generalised nursing support to Bupa customers in a caring and respectful manner. You will also ensure there is complete adherence to clinical compliance and regulatory/governance requirements.
