A leading healthcare recruitment provider in Gateshead is seeking a dedicated individual to deliver exceptional care standards to learners. This role involves maintaining communication with branch managers and ensuring the welfare of candidates. Ideal candidates should have healthcare experience, training expertise, and hold an AET or equivalent qualification. The position requires adaptability and a professional demeanor, making it crucial for interested applicants to communicate effectively and commit to the standards expected in this role.
Location: Gateshead (predominately) will involve some travel to Middlesbrough, and Wallington (Surrey).
Pay Rate: D.O.E

We regularly deliver over 7,000 hours of care a week to some of the most vulnerable members of society as we have successfully gained PSL and Sole supplier status on many contracts within the public, private and third sectors.
Our managers and consultants have in-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector, most of whom have worked within a care setting before moving into the recruitment industry.

To deliver exceptional standards of care to learners
Keeping good records and regularly updating the management team on learner’s progress.
Assist with activities that contribute to the fantastic delivery of care.
Ensure health, safety and welfare of the candidates.
Record keeping - maintaining up to date reports such as training files, staffing plans and booking plans.
Maintain regular communication with branch Managers.
Respect the individuality and confidentiality of each candidate.
Be able to communicate effectively with all learners and tailor your training to the individuals learning style.
Be able to commute to other branches to deliver training including Aberdeen and Middlesbrough
You will be expected to train our care and support staff in groups based at our head office in Gateshead.
Pay will be depending on experience and discussed at interview stage.
You may be expected to undergo a trail learner session at the managers discretion.
