Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in the UK is looking for experienced Band 3 Emergency Health Care Assistants to join their nursing team. Ideal candidates will have experience in an Emergency department and completed the Band 3 competencies. Responsibilities include providing compassionate care and maintaining documentation standards. This role does not offer sponsorship and requires excellent communication skills with the ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously.

Job description

We are looking for experienced Band 3 Emergency HCA's to join our nursing team at UHD. The candidate should have experience and evidence of working in an Emergency department and have completed their Band 3 nursing competencies or equivalent. They should be an excellent communicator, be able to work well as part of a team and autonomously.

This role requires ED competency booklet completed.

Please note we cannot offer sponsorship for this role.

Base Location: Royal Bournemouth Hospital and Poole Hospital

Interview Date: 6th January 2026

To work as an effective member of the team under the supervision and direction of a registered health care professional, providing dignified, compassionate and safe care for patients whilst ensuring high standards of documentation are maintained.
