As a healthcare support worker you will play a vital role in supporting patients and their loved ones with remote monitoring equipment, enabling them to recover and be treated in their own homes and reducing their hospital stay. You will work closely with the whole team to ensure patients receive safe, compassionate and effective care at home. The post is based at the NNUHFT site.

City and Guilds NVQ Level 3, T levels, A levels in Care/Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification, or significant equivalent experience is required.
