Qualifications

• Mechanical Supervisor with experience in commercial or healthcare projects required.
• Must hold SSSTS certification.
• Strong understanding of mechanical building services is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate mechanical installation works on-site.
• Manage and supervise mechanical subcontractors and labour.
• Ensure all works are completed to spec, on time, and to high-quality standards.
• Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks; ensure H&S compliance.
• Liaise with project managers and other site supervisors.
• Complete daily and weekly reporting as required.
