Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years’ experience in an Estimator role within the construction industry.
• Strong background in refurbishments, new builds, and Design & Build, especially in healthcare.
• Ability to independently manage tender processes and subcontractor negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Managing tendering processes from documentation to bill of quantities completion.
• Leading price negotiations and sourcing quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conducting site visits and attending project meetings in local areas.
• Preparing accurate cost breakdowns and project pricing strategies.
