Overview

Salary: £28,600.00 per year. 40 hours per week, alternate weekends.

Job Details
  • Location: Oxfordshire area, mainly Cherwell
  • Shifts: early (7am-3pm) and late (2pm-10pm)
  • Travel: fully paid travel time, 40p per mile paid mileage between visits
Eligibility
  • Access to a car, driving licence, and ability to commit to alternate weekends
  • Authorised to work in the UK
  • Not sponsorship eligible
Responsibilities
  • Complete assessments with new clients following discharge from hospital
  • Support clients to regain independence with tasks such as personal care, toileting, meal preparation, medication
  • Record and report changes clearly and concisely, keeping the Home First team updated on improvements
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and the Home First team
  • Be adaptive and responsive to changes in needs
