Job summary

A healthcare practice in Greater London seeks an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist in delivering excellent patient care, perform phlebotomy, and support various clinical tasks. A valid phlebotomy training certificate and experience in a GP practice are essential. This position offers 37.5 hours per week and is a fixed-term maternity cover for 6 to 9 months.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Healthcare Assistant or equivalent in a GP practice.
• Valid phlebotomy training certificate required.
• Computer skills to work with EMIS Web clinical system.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical staff with patient care and basic procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy and routine clinical tasks.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a clean environment.
