A leading end-of-life care provider is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to deliver holistic care in North Wales. The role involves supporting patients with personal care, symptom management, and emotional support while contributing to care planning. Ideal candidates should have NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and at least 6 months of experience in a care setting. As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll be a vital part of a multidisciplinary team delivering holistic, person-centred end of life care. Working under the guidance of registered professionals, you'll support patients and those important to them with personal care, symptom management, and emotional support.
You'll contribute to care planning, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe and dignified environment. This is a compassionate and hands-on role where you'll make a meaningful difference in people's lives during their final stages, while also supporting their loved ones through grief and bereavement.

Salary: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale Band 2 (aligned with AFC) £24,833 pro rata per annum + enhancements
Contract: As and When, Night Shifts
Based: Community Based North Wales Flintshire & Wrexham or Conwy & Denbighshire
