A local NHS Trust in Dartford is seeking a nursing team member to support patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role includes responsibilities such as performing ECGs, cannulation, and wound care. Ideal candidates should have NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and relevant skills for providing safe and effective patient care. To work as a member of the nursing team, under the supervision and guidance of a Registered Nurse. Undertakes delegated personal care duties for patients/clients. To provide support for the Registered Nursing staff in maintaining a stable and safe clinical environment.
