Your day-to-day will include adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating care plans, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.

You will be working at Ormesby House, a Learning Disability and Autism service providing a specialist residential care for men and women with a range of learning disabilities, including autism and sensory and communication impairments.
You will work alongside the multidisciplinary team to support individuals with a learning disability who require a high level of support to live within a community setting and will continue to require this longer term.
The aim of the service is to encourage individuals to lead a full and valued life, enabling them to live more independently through a programme of active community engagement, developing meaningful social networks and developing robust coping strategies.
