A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to support registered nurses in delivering high-quality care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and a compassionate approach to patient care. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Healthcare Assistant to join our Community Nursing team. In this role, you will support registered nurses and senior staff in delivering high-quality care to patients within their own homes and community settings. You’ll help provide both clinical and personal care, ensuring patients feel supported, respected, and safe at every stage of their healthcare journey.
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) based across the Sheppey area.
