Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and meal assistance.
  • Develop individual care plans and assist residents in choosing their favourite meals.
  • Champion residents’ dignity and independence while helping them live happy and healthy lives.
  • Communicate effectively, prioritise workload, and keep accurate records.
  • Assist with serving food and help residents to eat and drink.
  • Work in a team, be kind, and build relationships with residents, their relatives, and fellow team members.
Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care, or equivalent, or a higher qualification.
  • Positive, caring attitude with strong teamwork skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively.
  • Previous experience in the adult care sector.
