A healthcare provider in Greater London seeks a motivated Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join its integrated neurodevelopmental pathway team. The role involves supporting diagnostic assessments for ADHD and ASD, conducting physical monitoring, and working within a multi-disciplinary team. Applicants should have a GCSE level education and experience working with children, alongside good communication and organizational skills. Successful candidates will enjoy a full-time, permanent role with a salary range of £29,651 to £31,312 per year, working primarily from 09:00 to 17:00.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HCA to contribute to the integrated neurodevelopmental pathway in Oxleas. Working across the Greenwich and Bexley teams the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting diagnostic assessments for ADHD and ASD and supporting the ongoing physical monitoring of children and young people on medication.
You will work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team that includes Clinical Nurse Specialists, Clinical Psychologists, Consultant Psychiatrists, Community Paediatricians, an Advanced Pharmacist, Clinical Associate Psychologists and an HCA.
We require a motivated individual with a keen interest in improving services for children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions and an ability to adapt quickly to change. The applicant will have good interpersonal skills and an ability to work well as part of a team. They will also have good computer skills and competence in using digital technology.
Hours of work will be predominantly 09.00 – 17.00 with flexibility to work between the hours of 08.00 – 18.00 occasionally to meet the needs of the service. Operational management is provided by the Team Leader for the Greenwich ADHD team.
