What You Will Be Doing
  • Provide compassionate and professional support to service users, their families, and clinical leads.
  • Act as the first point of contact for patients and prescribers using the HOS-AR service, especially in cases of difficulties or complaints.
  • Support the HOS-AR service by delivering training, offering ongoing clinical support, and maintaining a strong focus on patient-centered care.
  • Under supervision, carry out and interpret basic monitoring tests such as blood pressure, pulse oximetry, temperature, blood gases, heart rate, and respiratory rate.
  • Complete enhanced risk assessments and implement safety interventions to ensure the safe delivery of oxygen therapy.
About the Role

You will be joining the very heart of Baywater in our 897 team, providing high-quality clinical support for Baywater Healthcare HOS-AR contracts. Each day is different, so you’ll need to be adaptable and flexible—but because of this, you will truly be appreciated by your customers, patients, and team.
