A leading insurance firm in Dartford is looking for sales representatives to convert leads into sales and provide expert advice. You will handle outbound calls and must meet sales targets while keeping accurate records. This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills. Following a 6-month probation period, a hybrid working arrangement is available. Training is provided to help you succeed in the Private Health Insurance field.

We provide a personalised service, focussed on getting to know our clients and exactly what they want from their cover. Our continued growth has created several opportunities across the New Business PMI Team. You will be responsible to covert PPC leads into sales, providing expert and compliant advice to these clients. Target and results driven candidates thrive in this role. We offer full training to allow you to learn all about us, our products and ways of working to become a recognised expert in the Private Health Insurance field.
During your probation period of 6 months you will be required to be in the office full time to ensure your are fully supported during your training and onboarding. Following completion of probation you will have the option to move to a hybrid arrangement, where you can work from home 2 days a week, 3 days in the office.
