A leading healthcare organization in Uxbridge is seeking an experienced Health Visitor to provide clinical and operational leadership within the 0–19 Service. As Team Lead, you will shape family-centred services, support a multidisciplinary team, and ensure the effective delivery of the Healthy Child Programme. We are seeking an experienced and motivated health visitor to provide strong clinical and operational leadership within Hillingdon’s 0–19 Service. As Team Lead for the Health Visiting Service you will play a key role in shaping high-quality, family-centred services, supporting a skilled multidisciplinary team, and ensuring safe, effective delivery of the Healthy Child Programme. This role is ideal for a dynamic practitioner who is passionate about improving outcomes for children, young people and families across the community.
In order to be eligible for this post, applicants must be a qualified Specialist Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) - Health Visiting.
