Job summary

A leading health organization in Wales is seeking a Health Visitor to join their team in Rhosllannerchrugog. You will manage a caseload, enhance family resilience, and improve public health outcomes for the community. The ideal candidate will possess a Health Visiting degree, current NMC registration, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a degree or equivalent in Health Visiting with current NMC registration.
• In-depth understanding of Public health agenda & priorities.
• Experience in teaching in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload within a defined population, improving health outcomes.
• Lead the delivery & organization of the public health program.
• Responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
