Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
  • Deliver comprehensive Health & Safety training to employees
  • Investigate and report incidents and accidents
  • Collaborate with managers to maintain a safe working environment

Schedule
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, shifts between 08:00-17:30
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Health & Safety management
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
  • NEBOSH National Fire Certificate in Fire Safety & Fire Safety Management
  • COSHH trained
  • Experience with Fire Risk Assessments
  • Skilled in advising managers, handling investigations, and delivering training
  • Strong knowledge of H&S policies, procedures, and legislation
