Overview

At Sodexo Universities, we're looking for a QSHE Manager to lead our Health & Safety agenda across the University of Greenwich contract-spanning busy student spaces, specialist facilities, and listed buildings. You'll be the visible, trusted expert who turns compliance into clear, everyday behaviours: coaching managers, sharpening our integrated management system, and driving a genuine zero-harm culture across all IFM services. Reporting to the Contract & Compliance Manager and partnering closely with the Partnership Director, you'll set the pace on statutory training and competency, investigate incidents with real root-cause rigour, and use data to spot trends before they become issues, always keeping client expectations front and centre.
