Vacancy Overview

A position has become available to join our Integrated Sexual Health service in the borough of Ealing.

Role Summary

As a Healthcare Support Worker you will work within the MDT to facilitate the delivery of safe and effective sexual healthcare.

Responsibilities
  • Support the multidisciplinary healthcare team with the delivery of safe and effective care within the Integrated Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare.
  • Undertake clinical skills including asymptomatic STI screening, venepuncture, pregnancy testing, urinalysis, basic observations, calculating BMI and chaperoning during male and female examinations.
  • Support the smooth running of clinics by maintaining and monitoring adequate stock levels and participate in the preparation and clearance of clinical rooms/areas while maintaining infection prevention and control.
