Health Care Assistant

Complex Care Professionals are recruiting for a Health Care Assistant to support with visiting people within their own homes providing complex care.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Enabling people to maintain independence and confidence within their own homes
• Support with everyday activities e.g. medication management, personal hygiene
• Providing feeding support including preparing meals and snacks
• Assist with moving and handling using appropriate equipment
• Monitor, record, and report any changes promptly.
• Companionship – communicating effectively with people in their homes
• Overnight support

Requirements:

We require at least 6 months work experience in a care role. A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential.
